Electric Fryer(2-Tank&2-Basket) with Cabinet
The DF-885 series stands as an inventive and practical solution in the world of freestanding electric double-tank fryers with a cabinet stand. This equipment showcases a stylish design, reliable performance, a well-designed structure, rapid heating capabilities, user-friendly operation, energy efficiency, robust durability, and straightforward maintenance. With constant temperature control, users can fine-tune the temperature within a specific range to meet the varied requirements of different foods. It serves as the ideal culinary companion for hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, Western dining establishments, fast-food outlets, and the broader food industry.
As a part of the 900 series deluxe vertical combination ovens, the DF-885 fryer efficiently accommodates two oil tanks and two fryer baskets within a 800mm width space. Powered by 380V three-phase electricity, each 12KW oil tank integrates a temperature controller offering a range of 50-200°C, complemented by power and heating indicator lights for seamless monitoring.
Equipped with a thermal circuit protection device, the DF-885 fryer automatically cuts power if the oil temperature exceeds the designated limit (230°C), ensuring over-temperature protection. A manual reset is required to resume operations after over-temperature protection. The fryer’s oil tank features a bottom oil groove to slow down oil aging, and a substantial cold oil zone at the base prevents food spills from burning, enabling repeated oil use and delivering optimal frying results. The fryer basket, with plastic handles and a locking oil drain valve, streamlines both operation and cleaning processes.
